As a patron of this website you agree to our terms and conditions, you declare that the information that you disclosed on the site is correct and that you agree to pay for our service.

Payment in full is required prior to the photo session. We use SSL encryption, so your order is completely secure.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel your scheduled photo shoot and you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the photo shoot we will issue you a credit to be used within 30 days. You must reschedule within 30 days of the original photo shoot. If you do not reschedule within 30 days or you do not show up for the rescheduled shoot there will be no refund and no other credit issued.  

Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your photos. If for some reason you are not satisfied we will give you the opportunity of a re-shoot or a full refund. You must submit a refund request letter within 15 business days stating your dissatisfaction. Please include the following information: Your full name, your full address and your customer ID number that you received from your DatingHeadshot photoshoot.  Email: process your request after the 15 days and without the proper information.  customerservice@datingsheadshots.com

Hold Harmless

You agree to hold DatingHeadshots, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, due to or arising out of your use of the Service.

Liability Limitation

In no event will DatingHeadshots.com be liable, except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, to you or any third person for any punitive damages, indirect, consequential or incidental, including lost profits arising from your use of the Web Site or the Service, even if Datingheadshots.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, DatingHeadshots.com liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to DatingHeadshot.com for the Service during the term of membership.

Disputes

Any dispute arising out of the use of this Web Site or about or involving the Web Site and/or the Service, by using the Web Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of New York, City of New York.

DatingHeadshots.com will do its best to contract the best portrait photographer for you and get you the best photographs to be used online that we possibly can. Although every effort will be made to ensure excellence and your satisfaction, individual results may vary.

Other

This service is specifically designed for use on the web. Your photos are not intended to be printed. Prints and high resolution images are not a part of the package. Your photos are ready to use online only.

This is the entire agreement between you and DatingHeadshots.com regarding the use of the Web Site and our service. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force.

 You must be eighteen or over to use this service. No exceptions. By using the Web Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
